We have access to multiple financing sources, supply chains, platforms, and stakeholders. Our exchange to feature global standard Clearing House Electronic Sub Register System (CHESS), Central Counter Party Clearing System (CCPCS), Customer Portfolio Services (CPS), and Central Payment Settlements System (PSS). Our system relies on the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System (HCDCS) developed by the World Trade Organization (WTO). 

 

The system also utilizes International Identification Codes (HS & SITC4-2006) and Multi-Jurisdictional Disclosure System (MJDS). Our objective is to achieve seamless integration with numerous stakeholders, including the London-based Baltic Exchange, the Baltic Dry Index (BDI), Forward Freight Agreements (FFA), and Freight Derivatives. These transactions enabled by screen-based trading are cleared through five (05) clearing houses for freight: NOS Clearing/NASDAQ OMX, LCH, Clearnet, ICE Futures Europe, SGX, Shanghai Shipping Freight Exchange. Our goal is to provide a vertically and horizontally integrated platform for managing freight rate risk.
